As a lifelong learner currently pursuing my nursing degree, my goal is to blend advanced care with a restorative spa experience, giving you a sanctuary to unwind and leave feeling radiant and confident. CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must complete the necessary consent forms prior to their first visit: https://forms.gle/f7Q69R5B7xB6d6UV7 Otherwise, your appointment will be canceled the day of your appointment at 9am. Official Booking Policy Welcome! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking, you agree to all terms outlined below. How to Book & Confirm You can book your appointment via Text, Instagram DM, or Directly on the Website. 24-Hour Confirmation: All appointments MUST be confirmed at least 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled start time. Deposits Required: A ~25% non-refundable deposit is required for every service to secure your spot. The Perk: Paying your deposit allows you to easily reschedule or rebook future appointments by simply texting me (up until the day of your service). Consent Forms (Strictly Enforced) New Clients: You will not be accepted or seen without a completed consent form. No exceptions. Existing Clients: An updated signed consent form is required if there are any changes to your health, new medications, or if you are receiving a new type of service. After-Hours Bookings Need an appointment outside of standard working hours? I offer premium after-hours slots based on availability. An after-hours fee of $50 is required PRIOR to booking, in addition to the standard ~25% deposit. You MUST contact me directly to check availability and get approval BEFORE attempting to book an after-hours slot. Late, Cancellation, & No-Show Policies Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please respect the schedule. Late Policy: There is a strict 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is an automatic No-Show. Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: No-shows will automatically be charged 50% of the service total. Card Failures & Blocks: If your card on file declines for a cancellation or no-show fee, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments. To lift the block, the 50% fee must be paid immediately via Zelle. Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and ongoing support!
